In most cases websites can be classified as being either
static or dynamic. Static websites are usually written
in HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and are typically non-interactive.

familiar word processor (or other program) into the manager, and
add supporting pictures, charts, or files (.jpg, .gif, .pdf, .doc,
etc.), where applicable. Upon submission of the data, the website
is immediately updated to reflect the changes. The implementation
of a dynamic website reduces reliance on subcontracting for site
updates and improves the timeliness of the updating process. In
reality, most successful websites include both static and dynamic
elements.
